Paris Je T'taime

So behind my back my mum has been busy at work booking our trip to London. Only she surprised me because not only are we going to London... we're going to Paris! We have 3.5 days in London and 2.5 days in Paris and I don't know how I'm going to fit everything in! I have to go to Hampton Court, The Tower of London, the Globe Theatre to see a play, Fortnam and Mason for high tea and go shopping. Then in Paris I have to go the Louvre, Versailles, Mariage Freres to buy tea and shopping. I think I might need a vacation from my vacation but who cares!

Anyone been to Paris? Anything I MUST check out? Really good shopping areas? I guess this means the clothing diet is back on.

  1. I cannot tell you how jealous I am! I have never been there, but I simply can't wait until I go. Have a great trip!

  2. Mais oui! Champs-Élysées has some serious shopping. Even if I couldn't afford most of it, it's still fun to look :-P It's near the Arc de Triomphe, and you can find lots of cute lil boutiques in the neighborhoods.

I'm totally jealous, btw. I've been to Paris twice and adore the city and my bedroom is Paris/Eiffel Tower themed and I so want to go back.

  3. nlock, I'm totally bouncing off the walls excited to go!
Tudor Rose, I may skip the Champs-Élysées this trip simply because I only have 2.5 days and I definatly can't afford anything there :D But I am going to the La Fayette department store. But I am going back next year so on one trip I'll make sure to check the Champs-Élysées out. And I know what you mean about a Paris themed room. My front entrance has Fleur De Lis hooks and my glasses have Fleur de Lis on them as well.
